Wheeler Ranch II is a prime piece of land located in Plumas Lake in Northern California. It is situated between Marysville and North Natomas.  We acquired and entitled the land for residential development. This is a non-leveraged purchase and is fully owned by one of our Land Funds. It spans over 150 acres and is strategically positioned in a high-demand area with excellent access to amenities, schools, and transportation. Our development vision for Wheeler Ranch II is to be an instrumental driver in the creation of a master-planned community that will feature single-family homes, parks, and trails.  We have already obtained the necessary permits and approvals from the local authorities.  We are in the process of finishing the engineering and infrastructure work to make the lots shovel-ready for construction.
